Shipping to Italy is free for all orders over €200.

For orders under €200, shipping costs are €10.

The courier, once your order has been collected, will deliver within 24/48 working hours, with the exception of islands (2-3 working days).

Upon shipment we will provide you with the tracking code to monitor your order.

We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but during busy periods, delivery times may vary slightly. 

ALTEX SRL is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages following specific instructions provided to the couriers handling the orders.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS

You can return any item to us (including sale items) as long as it is in its original condition and within 30 days from the delivery date.

REFUNDS:

•Returns may take up to 5 business days to reach our warehouse.

•We'll send you an automatic refund email as soon as your return is processed. This process is typically completed within 2 business days of receiving your package.

•The refund will be automatically completed on the account originally used to make the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's processing time.

•For orders under €200, only the item cost will be refunded, not the shipping cost.

•If you have returned items from different orders, please allow up to 24 hours from notification of your first refund for all other items to be refunded.

CAN I REDIRECT MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Once you place your order, we cannot change the delivery address to which your package was sent.

Don't worry, if you're not there for delivery, our courier will leave a note so you can arrange a new delivery or collect the package in person at the nearest branch.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with contact information to arrange a new delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?

We can deliver to either your home or work address. If you'd like the package shipped to your work address, please make sure someone is available to collect it first, as the courier will deliver to the address you select, not to you in person.

DO YOU DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on public holidays or weekends.

In these cases, the package will likely arrive on the next working day.
