Shipping to Italy is free for all orders over €200.

The courier will deliver within 24/48 working hours, with the exception of islands (2-3 working days).

Upon shipment, we will provide you with the tracking code to monitor your order.

We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but during busy periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

ALTEX SRL is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages resulting from specific instructions provided to the couriers in charge of orders.

Any item (including sale items) can be returned, as long as it is in its original condition and within 30 days of the delivery date.
