Give the Altex Cashmere Gift Card to use online or in our stores.
Usage:
-Choose the amount of the Gift Card.
-At the time of purchase, an email will be sent with the Gift Code.
-If the value of the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid by credit card or PayPal.
-The Gift Card is valid for 12 months.
-It is not rechargeable, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost/stolen or if not used.

Shipping to Italy is free for all orders over €200.
The courier will deliver within 24/48 working hours, with the exception of islands (2-3 working days).

ALTEX SRL is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages resulting from specific instructions provided to the couriers in charge of orders.
Any item (including sale items) can be returned, as long as it is in its original condition and within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns can take up to 5 business days to arrive at our warehouse.
We'll send you an automatic refund email as soon as your return is processed. This process is typically completed within 2 business days of receiving your package.
The refund will be automatically made to the original account used for the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's processing time. **For orders under €200, only the item price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs**
If you returned items from different orders, please allow up to 24 hours after receiving notification of your first refund for all other items to be refunded.
